Formerly a Neiman Marcus exclusive! It is our Caramel Bourbon Pecan Silk. For all the caramel and bourbon lovers out there, this dessert begins with a base of roasted pecans and caramel. The center has white chocolate caramel mousse criss-crossed with house-made caramel. Then it is covered with white chocolate bourbon cream silk. Kids are not invited to this party!
Formerly exclusive to Neiman Marcus, our Key Lime Silk Pie is now available to all of our customers! A buttery graham cracker crust topped with key lime Alaska Silk is topped with white chocolate shavings. It can also be made with a gluten-free crust!
Here is our gluten-free New Year's Dessert for 2023: the Golden Chocolate Eternity! Five alternating layers of our house made chocolate ganache and our signature Alaska Silk dark chocolate. We have finished the top with gold dust and some golden decorations. You can designate if you would like the golden balls on the cake or not by clicking your choice on our drop down menu when placing your order.

Check out our Walnut Caramel Fudge Cake! This dessert souffles after it has been baked and cooled. Once it cools the center caves in and we fill it with our dark chocolate Alaska Silk mousse. We then top it with our dry roasted walnuts and our house made caramel.
Formerly a Neiman Marcus signature dessert. Our Razzle Dazzle Cheesecake is a blood orange and raspberry white chocolate cheesecake! It is prepared on our signature gluten-free truffle cake base with a layer of raspberry jam on the bottom and raspberry puree swirled throughout the top of this dessert....YUM!!!
